Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bartow County

This place is by far best weve stayed at. plenty of space with its beautiful yard porch vaulted ceilings and huge walk in shower. Never seen a neighbor and its 15min from Allatuna lake recommend guide Chris for a fishing trip by boat. The spotted bass were hittin one after another caught everything for fish fry for 4 of us and sent my cousins who live in GA home wirh 2 gallon bags full filets!. little store up street and 10 to 15 from super walmart.

Brian's place was just as described and worked out perfectly for us. Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

The house was clean and had a variety of amenities. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. I enjoyed staying here and will come back when I’m in the area.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this quite neighborhood. We felt very calm and relaxed and spent some good quality time together. Definitely would recommend

The home is an exquisite one of the kind. My crew really enjoyed the home lots of physical activities to do here. We didn’t have kids at this property but it will also be wonderful for children to slide down the slide from to a lower level.

We had a nice weekend while at a beach volleyball tournament. Lots of room for 4 moms and 5 kids, great location to walk to downtown.

Spent 3 days 2 nights, on a weekend. Loved everything about our stay for 4. The home is as described and in the photos. Our privacy was maintained on the upper level, we did not encounter anyone else in the home. Spacious, cheerful colors, well lit, comfortable, and well kept. The outdoors in nature is beautiful, peaceful, and calming, we even had a visit from a couple of deer. Secluded but yet situated about 5 minutes from the hiway where you'll find various amenities to meet your needs. Fortunate the host was communicative before and during our stay, and her instructions and expectations for a comfortable home away from home stay, met our approval. If I'm "fortunate" (pun intended) enough to visit again in the future, I would not hesitate for her to host us in her home. Respectfully, Angela D

this place was so nice and so cute! it is close enough to the Georgia aquarium and a lovely ice cream shop just down the road. the tub was the best part! the place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. would stay here again!

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

My fiancé and I absolutely fell in love with Katie’s space! From the moment we booked until the second we checked out, Katie went above and beyond — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home every step of the way. The space itself was the perfect combination of roomy and cozy, a true home away from home that we instantly felt comfortable in. Self check in was smooth. It had everything we could have needed, and the location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Marietta Square, amazing restaurants, charming shops, and a quick, easy drive to nearby cities like Atlanta. Check out was smooth, no hassles at all. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to staying here again! We cannot recommend Katie’s place highly enough. Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

Fantastic stay! The villa was pristine and the view is unbeatable. Lots to do in the community, and nearby in Canton. Troy and his wife were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to help us explore the community for a potential future move. We highly recommend!!

If you’re looking for a place to host family, friends, and children, this is it. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the entire space had a cozy, welcoming feel. The couch was great for relaxing, and the large swimming pool was a highlight for everyone. It’s well set up to accommodate guests, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts.
