This location is perfect for anyone with family as the amenities are perfect. Your able to sit and relax at the condo or simply set up picnic by the pool. The beach is like a 5 min drive. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them.

I spent the April 8 eclipse weekend at Jennifer's place. The house was spotless, everything was new and in order. The coto, its heated pool and grill area is quite nice. There is construction work in some parts of the coto, but there was no hassle about this as the house is away from the areas under construction. The price was high for the date but adequate considering that the entire stay in the area was 2 or 3 times more expensive than usual. I'm sorry I had good luck finding this house available. On my next trip to Mazatlán, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Sheri’s place was in a quiet safe gated community. There are stores and restaurants walking distance. You can uber or get a pulmonía into La zona dorada or el malecon. The pool was clean and it was literally just us. You can walk to the beach too. I would definitely go back.
