Holiday rentals with a patio in Barrydale

We had a fantastic experience at Patmos Stay and highly recommend their short-term rental. The cozy and charming setup is perfect for both winter and summer. Special touches in the suite made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely return to Robertson and stay at Patmos for a longer period next time!

Lovely place, perfect stay over for 2 people. The beautiful decor, bathroom amenities, books and home made rusks are some of the detail that made us feel so welcome. The yard is quite small, but sufficient for 2 dogs' leg stretching.

I would highly recommend for any single person or couple visiting Swellendam. Even though you are in town you look out across the river and big trees which creates the sense of being on a farm. Bed was very comfortable and flexible check-in.

Had I known that there was no step in shower I would not have booked - but that is my preference . Others may be happy to have a shower over a bath The Kitchen had a good few 'appliances" but no table to sit at ??? There was lots of coffee and Rooibos tea but no milk ? We found the lighting in the bathroom inadequate I am being hyper critical in the hope and belief that Zahne will consider my, hopefully, constructive criticism Thanks Zahne I hope I will be welcome again despite my hopefully constructive comments

A nice acomodation in Town facing pure nature but in walking distance to really extraordinary nice Cafés & Restaurants. A really nice balcony & garden.

We loved staying in mullers beautiful home. Lovely setting. As per photo some buck came to visit in back garden. Stillebaai quaint and full of things to do All in all a lovely weekend

Fantastic holiday stay. Location was stunning and home was beautiful - very well equipped, clean and spacious. Colleen was a brilliant host - flexible and responsive with lots of great local suggestions. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is situated in what seems to be a small valley. We used our time to walk into several directions including the rock pools and the bokmakierie trail. You have to walk this one as it takes you very high above the surroundings and gives you beautiful view all around. We regularly went to do our own game drives on the designated roads as we didn't had a 4x4 but still with a vehicle with high clearance. We saw a lot of Springbok, Gemsbok, Eland and Bontebok. We also did a bit of bird watching at the main dam early in the morning. The rest of the time just lounging around of course. The host was very responsive of our needs and questions. We would definitely be visiting Drie Kuilen again.

What an absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and really beautiful surroundings, close to activities in Swellendam but away from the crowds. The perfect getaway with family. Lena was an absolute star.

A beautiful family stay, the surroundings were serene and peaceful and the house was even more lovely than in the photos. The house had everything you would need for your stay, many special touches and comfy beds. My son loved feeding the peacocks and guinea fowls and the playhouse was a great addition. We enjoyed making pizzas in the pizza oven outside and had ample fire places to choose from when the weather got chilly. Thanks Andre and Carin.
