Holiday rentals with beach access in Barrow-in-Furness District

Emma’s place was amazing. Located in an amazing location right on the promenade, beautifully furnished and decorated and clean to a 5 star hotel level. Highly recommend!

A lovely flat, in a great location for the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. We particularly liked the balcony and as the weather was kind to us, we were able to make the most of it. 😎. A parking space around the back of the property was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. Morecombe is a hidden gem!

Emma was a great host, the location was great and surrounding was beautiful. Excellent location for a walk on promenade. Easy to get to Lancaster and the lakes from bus stop outside.

This was a return visit to The Boathouse and it was just as brilliant as before. We had everything we needed and it was really comfortable. Paula is so friendly and helpful. A great host. The location is second to none. The view is amazing. Such a great area, easy access to The Lakes but we love the local area, many varied walks and lots to see. Looking forward to a return visit

Yvonne’s property is small but has everything you require. It was pristine clean. Our weather was spectacular and not what we expected in early April. The garden is very sheltered and was ideal to sit in for a refreshment when we returned from long walks. It takes two minutes walk to Trungs, where the Chinese food is excellent.

What a gorgeous gem in Morecambe. Location is amazing. The decor is beautiful serene and cosy and very clean. It’s a little home with everything you could possibly need! And the host is wonderful very kind and considerate

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Had a great few days stay at Willow Cottage. From the start Jo was really informative, with clear instructions on check in. On entering the property it is exactly as advertised and pristine throughout. The sofas and beds are extremely comfortable - particularly after a day of walking! Jo has kindly provided information folders and leaflets on the local area and places worth a visit, including travel times. I would recommend the beaches at Haverigg and Millom, together with Betty’s Beach Hut, all within walking distance of the cottage. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine and snacks - that was a lovely gesture which I thoroughly enjoyed! 😊

A lovely place to spend Easter with my family consisting of three generations. Four adults, 2 kids (aged 6 & 2) and two dogs. The house was as described and clean on arrival. Very close to the beach (max 5 minute walk) and the coastal path was safe to let the dogs run off their leads. Had a fab time at Farmer Parr's petting farm which was approx a 10 minute drive away. Sunday was good weather so a long beach walk was enjoyed by the "elders" whilst the young ones had a play day on the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm including a full on Easter dinner. Would we return? If we want to re-visit Fleetwood then yes, but we like to try different places. This place ticked all the boxes for my lovely family break :-) Thank you Jaqui.

This was my second visit to the house and even better than I remembered. A perfect place to come with my loved ones to celebrate turning 30. I can’t thank you enough for creating a home from home. We didn’t want to leave! I am sure I’ll be back again!

We loved Mews Cottage and found it very cosy and homely. We loved the cherry blossom and acer trees through the window. We really liked Arnside and the surrounding area. Paula was a very friendly and communicative host.

Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Great host, responsive and gave great recommendations. Very close to all local amenities. Would highly recommend

We stayed at Swallow's Loft, in the beautiful village of Far Sawrey, for 3 nights. We absolutely loved the area and Louise's place is ideally situated. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cosy and Louise provided everything we could need. Louise was very friendly and messaged a few times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

A wonderful birthday break to accommodate our family of 11. Idyllic location, easy access to the beautiful beach. The children loved the garden and play equipment . House was spacious , very clean and well equipped, hosts were responsive, helpful and approachable.

We had a fantastic short break at Thomas Gray house. The house itself was well-designed, clean and comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful, with easy access to the Lake District and Morecambe Bay. Our children particularly loved the Air Hockey and other games, as well as the huge TVs. They didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay.

Very nice and easy to find apartment- right between the high street and asda with plenty of bus and tram stops nearby. It was clean and tidy, comfy beds and very quiet at night. The bathroom and kitchen were both modern, crystal clean and really well stocked. Overall absolutely no complaints and very happy with our stay - the host was a great communicator and responder, no problems at all

We had a fabulous stay at Claire's place for the Easter weekend. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. The views from the windows were beautiful and the sun was out for us which was an added bonus. Can't fault this place at all. We are a family of six and there was plenty of space for us all! Thanks Claire, we look forward to visiting again!!

Great location and wonderful view of the sea. Had a great walk to Heysham, which has a lovely welcoming pub. Large flat, big beds. Lots of space.

Jack's place was absolutely ideal for what I needed. space for the dog to be left when it wasn't possible to take him with me. I will definitely book again in the near future. It could just be doing with a better clean and the stuff left in cupboards is a bit lax, but other than that very comfy bed, and definitely served it's purpose!!

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s Morecambe apartment from 9–13 April. The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully presented — exactly as described, if not better! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Sally was a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests feel welcome, and it really shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend Sally’s place to anyone visiting the area. A beautiful apartment, ideal for our family of three to visit Morecambe Bay for a weekend. Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy throughout, lovely beach view. Easy to access and great communication from the hosts - there was a small problem with the TV and Alex was on hand to sort it immediately.
