The Barrington Cottage - all on one level

Donna's place is a delightful little "cottage" next to her house in an upscale, affluent neighborhood of large homes on expansive plots with perfect lawns, large trees and beautiful flowers. The neighbors we spoke with were very friendly, and there are many families with children. It is about a 20 minute drive into Providence, but more during rush hours because the bridges get congested. The cottage has great character, and Donna has been very thoughtful about details, such as umbrellas in case it rains (which we used), a night light in the bathroom, an electric heater in one of the bedrooms, a very well-furnished kitchen, and extra folding chairs. It's cozy, but don't expect it to be spacious. Donna was also very communicative and helpful. It was a pleasure for us to stay with her.

Enjoyed an extended stay at Kevin’s place while visiting family. Clean, comfortable and sunny, garden-level apartment (3 steps down) with charming decor, nicely equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities (toiletries, fluffy towels, extra bedding, etc.) Quiet, ideal location in walkable Warren… steps from East Bay path, Main Street cafes and shops, and nearby waterfront. Easy check-in and off-street parking behind house. (Note: narrow driveway best for smaller vehicle such as Honda CRV, etc. Some street parking for larger vehicles, but check signage.) Host Kevin was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend… and stay again!

Great place in a charming, safe and secure area not far from water and shopping. Host is very communicative and responsive. Slept 6 comfortably. Backyard amenities for outside dining a plus. Furniture in living room could use new cushions, but kitchen is super for fam gathering and baths are updated!

We had a fantastic stay in Kristin's place. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos- cute, clean, cozy and bright. The back yard has a lovely view of the cove- it was so nice having morning tea/coffee out there and being in a peaceful, beautiful setting. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Kristin was very kind and communicative throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
