Excellent house with complete infrastructure, surprised our expectations, the condominium is very pleasant, has a wonderful pier, all the tours were looking for the river there. The house has a barbecue, private pool, large and air-conditioned rooms, comfortable and well-kept beds. Alessandro always proactive and polite. We hired the diarist indicated by the excellent host, prepared our 5-star restaurant-worthy meals. Amazing experience. We'll be back whenever we need it .

It was a great stay! The house was matching the ad, it was clean and very comfortable! Nayane was an excellent host, very friendly, responded quickly, received us very kindly and accompanied us at check-in, showing all the rooms and pieces she had left for us.

Super recommend the house and the condominium are very good , corresponds to the Photos very clean quiet place, not to mention Dona Jovelina who makes all the difference, Fernanda also always ready to help in everything ,can book without fear of regret, and I can also say that this trip is fantastic has a lot to do so take advantage of every minute, make all the possible tours because I can't say which is better and last and not least, don't forget to know the house of the flour and the story of Dona Maria José and her Zequinha who are a charm of people , without doubt one of the best trips I've ever made, is the true paradise

We had a great Manuela Airbnb Experience! The space is well cared for, clean and very cozy — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Lençóis Maranhenses. The hostess was super attentive, quick in the answers and gave us good local advice. We also reinforce the readiness in resolving any issue in Atins.

Apartment with great cost benefit, perfect location as it is already facing the Lencois Park (last to be caught on the tour and first to be delivered) and very close to the tourist center of Barreirinhas that has the restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, everything!. Jose Artur responds fast and is super helpful. Afim, super recommend!

Excellent location for relaxing between bedwalks, helpful and polite staff. The town very well serve families with children, which was our case. About the flat, I advise Pollyana to change the double mattress, for those who are used to their good bed, leave enough to want to sleep on the flat mattress for a few nights. In addition, everything within expected, the city/town is very cosy, the Scarves are amazing.

My family LOVED the stay… the apartment, in addition to being close to the city center, is very cozy and with a wonderful view of the Rio Preguiça… the hosts, in addition to being very helpful, made the celebration of my 3-year-old son's birthday a happy one!!! I SUPER RECOMMEND it and I'll be back more often!

It is an excellent option for those looking for peace of mind for a rest and/or even work tour. Cozy apartment with great accommodation and well-structured kitchen. The outer area is very beautiful, with a garden facing Rio. I'll definitely come back more often!

The apartment was exactly as described, we were in a group of 6 people, and everyone was well accommodated, very comfortable, and the view of Rio was too beautiful. The host always responded, and was willing to answer questions or any problems that arose in the accommodation, we will certainly return other times

Very nice accommodation. Clean, tidy, everything working. We love hosting. The place is quiet, it accommodated us very well. I recommend it for sure.

We stayed at Leandro’s apartment for 2 nights . He is very responsive. The moment we booked , he got in touch with us . Any query we had was responded promptly. The community is right next to river with beautiful green space . There are tables and chairs . So one can enjoy the view with home made food . The kitchen has got all pots and pans . There are few basic items but you can’t be dependent on it . Luckily we are on long holidays, so carrying our own kitchen supplies. The rooms have ACs to make stay very very comfortable. Two things which we weren’t happy about .First when you know that water supply is bad then there should be at least 1/2 bottles of water for guests to use on arrival . Second if there is laundry machine then laundry liquid/ powder should be given .The listing mentions cleaning products are given . You can’t expect guest to go and buy . It’s a small request.The water pressure and muddy water is a problem of town .Thank you for hosting us . It was largely comfortabl

Excellent experience! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, well equipped, super clean and Maria is very attentive and helpful. About the location, you can go to the center on foot, a 15/20 min walk. For those who don't want to walk, it's not a problem. There is taxi and mototaxi throughout the city, in addition to the tours include the transfer service (round trip), searching at the condominium door, dispensing a car rental. And to future guests: do not fail to contemplate the sunset in the Rio Preguiça that passes behind the condominium. There is a dock of its own and the view is breathtaking! I'll be back more often. Super nominated!

JUST GO! Very clean, smelly place, had everything we needed and more, super cozy room (just check the air-conditioning batteries), everything perfect. It's great for those who go in a group of 4 people, the place is huge and super cozy. I loved it and my boyfriend too! ❤️
