Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

It is worth to say that the view is nothing less than stunning!! The apartment met our expectations. Location is great with all amenities at walking distance. We had a great time and will comeback! Pepe y Vero are lovely couple, very helpful and proactive. They wanted to make sure we experienced the best Alicante has to offer. Thank you and see you next time!

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Like at home! We were very comfortable with our dog, the truth that has everything and to spend a few days is great. We were able to enjoy the pool because towards very good weather. Cerquita there is a dog swimming pool also :)

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

The best apartment ever. We've been there for 5 days. We had pretty good experience at all times there. We lost the keys and they moved so fast and give us help. Online help works all the time and ready to make our trip better, so fast replies.

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!

The apartment corresponds in everything with the detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full wc, living room with terrace... It has everything you need to spend a few days without a problem. Everything is very clean , comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a super , 3 bakery/pastry shops, and a little further on the promenade with countless options to eat. It is located in 2 row to the sea but it is 5 min walking and you reach the beach , sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was attentive to us and answered my questions quickly. She had flexibility in schedules . He came to give us the keys and show us the whole floor . We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Teulada! The place was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had absolutely everything one could need for a perfect getaway. The swimming pool was fantastic—refreshing and with plenty of depth to properly enjoy a swim. The barbecue area was a great touch, perfect for relaxed evenings. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, María. She was absolutely incredible—proactive, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. From finding the best bespoke cake in the nearby town to suggesting musicians, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the weather being the worst the area had seen in a decade (as the locals told us), it didn’t dampen our experience in the slightest. The villa, the amenities, and María’s hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely consider coming back!
