It has a large 38,000-liter pool, a children's pool, a barbecue area, and a pool table. The upper floor is closed off. There is no tenant or resident there. Air conditioning (cooling) in the en-suite bedroom and living room/scullery. It is 3 km from the beach, although it is 300 meters from the sea.

There's a very well-stocked supermarket 900 metres from the house!
