Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. The property gets sun all day, has a green area for play, and a lovely child-friendly pool. Slip-safe tiles and edges around the pool. There is a great view of the mountains and a convenient outdoor shower. The house is insulated and there are pipes for radiators in the floor. This provides a lovely floor and indoor heating. Air conditioning in all rooms. Purified water in the house. So you can safely drink water from all taps. It's also great for your skin and hair when showering.

Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. Great and newly renovated house (semi-detached house) with fantastic sea views. Large fenced community pool area with 3 swimming pools and playground.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large basement w/two extra beds. Gym in the basement. Gorgeous garden and terrace with sunny and shady spots. 15 minutes to drive to Albir, Guadelest and Altea. Many great hiking areas and a large national park right behind the house, well suited for hiking and and cycle. The house has a tourist license.
