Our family spent a memorable 4 days at Dimitry's beautiful lake house. The layout of the house on three levels gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. We've rented many homes but none have been as well stocked as this one. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Our granddaughter appreciated all the kids games, books, and coloring supplies. The gated upper deck and side yard for the dogs was great. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather and spent much of our time playing on the beach, kayaking, and fishing. It was a really great trip and we would definitely rent here again!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We had a lovely stay over a long weekend. It was enough space to spread out a bit with my family and in-laws without feeling like we were on top of each other. It was easy to get to Concord and did some walking on the Rail to Trail. Would recommend!

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Michael was so friendly and helpful when booking his place and leading up to our stay. We also inquired about an early check in as this was a special one night trip for my son’s bday. He let us check in super early and even though I tried to pay extra he didn’t accept <3. The place was really clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds and sleeping room and the bunk bed room was a perfect set up for my son’s bday and his friends. The TV is giant and was really great for the boys to watch movies and play video games. The place was easy to get to, and it was a really great location being right next to the lake and pools (unfortunately didn’t get to use because of rain!) Thank you Michael for helping make my son’s 12th special!

Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Andy & Lynne’s place! The apartment felt welcoming, warm and comfortable, truly a home away from home. The kitchen was cute and well appointed. The bath was spacious and the rainfall shower was absolutely amazing. The location was yet peaceful and quiet, yet assessable to many points in souther Maine. It is the ideal getaway spot for costal New England. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in costal Maine. Thank you!

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

We had a wonderful stay for the UNH graduation weekend. Highly recommend, peaceful setting, comfortably furnished, everything we needed. The full kitchen was very helpful and well stocked for needs, and the grounds were relaxing. Walkable to spots in Dover, easy drive to Durham, close to Portsmouth. Very responsive hosts, would love to return!

Deer Valley cabin was every bit as charming as pictured—serene, picturesque, and peaceful. It was the perfect retreat and a great escape from the everyday hustle, while still offering all the modern comforts (including Wi-Fi). The location strikes a great balance—just a short drive to a convenience store and restaurants, yet far enough removed to truly feel like a vacation. Alecia was accommodating, welcoming, and responsive. We hope to come back!

Hilary’s place is the perfect place to relax or to stay with the intention of going on a hike to Mount Cardigan. It’s well equipped with everything you need for cooking, lounging and showering. And for those who don’t have dogs, don’t worry about cleanliness. I could roll around on those carpets. The bed is super soft. You sink right in. It was raining a lot the weekend I was there and I also had a zoom meeting for work so we didn’t go outside. WiFi was super fast. And honestly, it’s so cozy and clean in there, I was happy to stay in the whole weekend.

The cabins location was secluded and private but not to far from activities everything you need is about a 25 minute drive away. The cabin had an amazing view and was stocked with everything we needed. The sauna was an amazing addition. We highly recommend. The house was spotless and the host was ver responsive. Overall we highly recommend this cabin and will most likely be returning ourselves.

We had such an incredible stay! The first day was pretty rainy, but the house was so relaxing and comfortable that it didn’t matter - we enjoyed staying in and looking at the gorgeous view of the lake while doing jigsaw puzzles near the fire. When things did clear up, we had a great time playing in the yard snd kayaking. I was surprised at how quiet it was, especially during Memorial Day weekend. The beds were super comfy, kitchen was great, shower and tub were wonderful. Lisa left great instructions and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. And she was very kind in allowing us a late checkout, which was very helpful with three young kids. I can’t wait to visit again!

Does the cabin look perfect in the photo? It's better. Does the yard look like the perfect place to forget the rest of the world exists? It is. Are the White Mountains a place that make you feel like the psychological mountains in your life are just a little smaller? They are. We don't have enough good things to say about the Cabin or communicating with Cassouki. It's rare to step into a space that feels like it was designed with intention on every level - from the scents in the air to the textures of the cabin to the quiet confidence in every object's placement. The Conscious Cabin doesn't just reflect a designers eye, it reflects a storyteller's heart. I've stayed in more than a few retreats, but this is the first one that felt like it had something to say--and somehow said it quietly enough to let us hear ourselves again. Stay here.

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. Very peaceful and quiet! Relaxing with plenty of activities around the area. Close to downtown but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Very cozy and welcoming place to stay!

We fell in love with this cabin! It is even better than the photos, immaculately clean, totally private, and stocked with all of the necessities. This was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we hope to stay here again ASAP. Michele is a wonderful host!
