Luxury rentals in Barnstable

Del Mar was absolutely everything we were hoping for and more! The property was stunning and the heated pool was perfect since summer weather hadn’t quite arrived yet. We also loved the basketball court in the driveway! Steps from the beach and all you could ask for a Cape vacation!

Having rented houses in the Cape for over 10 years and typically opting for luxury accommodations, I can confidently say that this house is the best rental we've ever experienced. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful details and amenities that truly made this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our trip, offering a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The steam room/shower was a luxurious bonus that added to the spa-like experience. GREAT game room downstairs with air hockey, shuffleboard, pool, and a movie theater. The backyard is a private oasis, ideal for relaxation or entertaining, while the living room and kitchen are both top-notch, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are comfortable and HUGE. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and endless entertainment, this is the one!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool and hot tub were the highlight for our family, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush linens and cozy outdoor seating areas. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend and would love to return!

The house is absolutely spotless and very well maintained. It is comfortable, bright with very nice furniture, bed linens etc. The kitchen was not well stocked, so bring your own supplies (oil/vinegar, spices, condiments etc). The pool area is fantastic. There is quite a bit of traffic/road noise, but I'm more sensitive to these sounds than most. We had a great time.
