La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of the trees through the creation of the slots in correspondence with the trunks. Inside the park of La Fortezza you will find flowers and scents and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit to read a book or listen to music, wooden sunbeds to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. You can pick seasonal fruits directly from the trees to enjoy their fantastic flavor. In the orchard, two rows of lavender to perfume your wardrobes in the city! The park is completely fenced with an electric gate, alarm system and private security service.

I Trulli di Mezza is an ancient rural complex that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in a simple and hospitable setting. Large and comfortable house in an historical building near the sea promenade and the Teatro Petruzzelli. It is located in one of the most welcoming areas of the city, close to nightlife, stunning views of the waterfront, local heritage sites, restaurants, bars and the city beach "Pane e pomodoro". My accommodation is suitable for couples, friends, business travelers and families. During the night on weekends the bars around the area can be noisy.

Tipica casa nel centro storico della città chiamato "sottano" con chianche e pietra a vista totalmente ristrutturata. Posizionata a pochi passi dal centro, da antichi monumenti, chiese, musei e vita urbana anche notturna. Facilmente raggiungibile dista solo 10 minuti dalla stazione, è richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno all'arrivo in struttura o tramite Airbnb di € 2 a persona per un massimo di 4 giorni a partire da 14 anni in su!!

L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
