Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bari

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

It was such a pleasure to spend time at your very tasteful designed, newly renovated house. It has a lot of thoughtful touches and a cozy atmosphere. Located in the city centre made it easy to explore history, shops, life music and restaurants. I truly appreciated how welcome and comfortable you made us feel. It had all the amenities I needed. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it made it feel like a dream vacation to me. Thank you again for being such a gracious and accommodating host. Great house to have some rest, close to many Apulian attractions.

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is really excellent. It is in the middle of the historic center and close to everything. Its located on a side street so there is no noice or disturbances. The apartment is really nice, especially the roof terrace where we had breakfast, afternoon wine and a seink late at night watching the moonlight. The rest is really good, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We stayed for four days and really enjoyed the small city. As we arrived by train it was only 8 minutes walk from the station. We where welcomed by Claudia who gave us a lot of tips on what to see and where to eat. Franscesca and Claudia made the cisit very pleasant. From the first direct communication to the flexible checkout we needed to match our train Wehighly recommend this place and will for shure come back

We had two great nights at this place. the location is ideal, on the main street but a little further than the restaurant area so very quiet! The house is just beautiful and its terraces nice. Nothing is missing for a memorable stay! Not to mention Mr Bartolo's great welcome!! If one day we are lucky enough to return to Polignano no doubt we will return to Civetthouse 😃

I recommend 100% the accommodation offered by Erasmina. She is a welcoming and attentive host, Erasmina was available from start to finish of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise not to drive there (Erasmina will give you all the necessary information). Don't hesitate, choose this place:)

I would say without surprises! Everything matches what was described, the house inside is essential, the veranda is the real plus of the house! If I can give a tip, I would add some kitchen accessories, a grater, a pair of scissors, two extra coffee cups. But I'm glad I chose this house that I will definitely consider for a future trip to Ostuni.

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

Amazing place with everything what you need. Very clean, quiet and cozy place with fantastic garden, new furnitures and all accessories. Maria is very helpful with accomodation and useful tips. Definately worth to stay and visit.

Great apartment! The distance to the old town is about 20 minutes and is within walking distance. We had a rental car and wanted to make sure we always just find a parking spot and not have to look downtown. That worked out great. Through the footpath to the old town you can also get to know other neighborhoods of Bari! Also very interesting! Thank you, it was a great stay!

Great stay. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. Large very nice terrace with amazing sea view. Welcoming and very responsive hosts. Ideal parking space given the area. Everything is closeby. We have traveled with our 2 children, we recommend this listing.

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!
