Once a historic "Locanda degli Amici" was famous for the presence in the garden of a Giant Ash tree above which there was a terrace that was used as the "dining room" of the inn. The ancient ash tree still stands today, a silent guardian of the large surrounding garden, which is available for guests' use and extends as far as the nearby stream.
