Apartment of 45 m2, located on the 3rd floor. The bay window of the loggia from where you can admire the ballet of birds, overlooks the Barcarès pond. A cabin room sleeps 2 people. On the mezzanine, we have a 140 cm bed and one 90 cm with storage. Long-term rental possible, -50%, except summer. The residence is at Cap Coudalére, 1/4 hour from the highway, with a bakery, supermarket and various restaurants. Free parking is included with rental.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
