A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
