It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

small accommodation but lots of places for storage, for a week stay with 2 children it's perfect. very well located ( shops,skiing...) Great communication with Sébastien.

For future tenants: access to the slopes by going up to the 3rd floor which is more convenient than going down from the building.

Really spotless stay! We had come to spend 3 days in Aix les Bains for Easter weekend, and it was really wonderful. The apartment is impeccable, quiet, and has everything you need: towels, household products, spices, coffee machine... There is even a small bottle of orange juice waiting for us in the fridge:) Virginia is very friendly, she allowed us to enter the apartment before 2 p.m. and made sure everything went smoothly, even if the welcome was not physical. It was a pleasure staying at this apartment. Anita was a superb host, very communicative when needed and clear helpful instructions. The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift for easy access. The building is ideally positioned to explore the lovely city. Would definitely return.

Superb apartment, with a beautiful balcony, not far from Annecy by car and all other activities. Gregory is very responsive and kind. He's a great host, I recommend +++!

Great time spent in Alexandra and Cyrille's studio. Everything matches the photos and descriptions. Very well placed, easy to find and spacious accommodation. We really appreciated everything that was available in the apartment. Direct access to the slopes, everything is on foot to go to the shops of the resort so nickel. Clearly we'll come back to that:)

It's always a real pleasure to stay with Virginie, it feels like home. Very friendly welcome, the listing is as described and shown in photos and everything is functional. I spend my summers hiking and it's really a very beautiful region and very rejuvenating. I'll end up settling in Savoie!

We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. I highly recommend this listing:-)

Well-equipped and pleasant accommodation. Abundant storage. Large balcony. The garage is a real plus, very convenient and suitable for even large vehicles. Nice hikes right at the foot of the building. Free bus shuttles to La Toussuire. Beautiful ski area, huge. Ski equipment rental shop just across. Evelyne is perfect for preparing and making sure the stay goes smoothly. Excellent communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent stay during a weekend with our 2 children in Jean-Marc's home. The location is perfect, the upstairs room is big enough for a family with good bedding and the accommodation is very well equipped. I recommend it!

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in a building with elevator access. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a decent size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.
