This renovated 70s building has a private pool and enclosed garden for optimal comfort in complete independence. Close to a departmental road, the house is located in a suburban subdivision at the exit of Nérac, easy to access and close to all amenities (2 min walk). It's the perfect base from which to visit the South West!

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Our apartment on the edge of the forest will be perfect for a relaxing moment. Barbaste Golf and a tennis court is just a few meters from our rental. The apartment is composed of: - a cozy living room - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) - 1 terrace You will find on the site 2 large swimming pools. The center of Barbaste and all amenities is only 3 minutes away.

Maison de vacances

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy this beautiful region as well as many activities on site (golf, tennis, paddle) and in the surrounding area. On site, two swimming pools are available from June to September. You can get to the golf course in a few minutes. A children's playground with sand and structure is at your disposal. We offer baby equipment such as a cot and a high chair.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our cottage is a warm house of 100 m2, at the start of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, simply decorated but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in the event of a problem or organised gathering.
