The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. This peaceful house offers a relaxing stay with friends or for the whole family. In all seasons the beautiful town of Embrun and the discovery of the Hautes Alpes will delight you. In winter, shuttles close by, for a ski holiday to the resorts of Les Orres, Réallon or Crévoux. In summer, the house is very close to the Embrun lake and all its nautical or tourist activities. There are many hikes for all levels.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
