Our cosy and renovated house is ideally located near the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial, and the famous City Troyes. Nature, relaxation, and new discoveries await you! Conveniently situated less than 1 km from the A5 highway and just 30 minutes from Nigloland, our village offers a café/restaurant, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a gas station/mecanic.

Located in a typical character house, downtown Bar-sur-Aube, in a quiet neighborhood at a walking distance from shops and restaurants. The entry to the accommodation is independent. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 room with a double bed and a convertible couch with a comfortable mattress. This guest house is perfect for a couple or a family who wish to discover the area: Nigloland amusement park, Charles de Gaulle’s memorial, lakes, Champagne tasting, etc...

Roulotte WA propose, en sus, thé, café, chips (offert) et Champagne Local en supplément. Possibilité de louer une deuxième roulotte avec cuisine (4 personnes + 2 enfants).

Idéalement située, à 20 minutes du centre ville historique de Troyes et des magasins d'usine, 5 minutes de Lusigny-sur-Barse pour tous les besoins du quotidien, et 35 minutes du célèbre parc d'attractions Nigloland.

Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.
