Holiday rentals with a patio in Bar Municipality

Bar is a beautiful seaside town nestled in the mountains. During our visit, we enjoyed walking to the Old Olive Tree and exploring the historic Stari Bar—though be advised, it’s a bit of a trek without a car. We also spent time relaxing on the beach and went canyoning in the nearby mountains, which was a highlight of our trip. The apartment offers a lovely sea view from the balcony, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Our host, Ksenija, lives just downstairs and was very responsive to any questions we had—we especially appreciated her assistance with the television. Please note that the front door lock can be a bit tricky, so it’s important to follow the instructions carefully.

This place is located in a very calm area. Its the perfect choice if you want to relax a bit and just enjoy a private, peaceful life. Still, if youre looking for more action it only takes a 15 minute walk to reach the main beach of sutomore with lots of restaurants and bars. Elena was pro active with the communication and youll see her frequently around the house where youll be able to chat with her a bit. She gave us great recommendations, took us with her to Bar one day, invited us to a glas of wine and even left some beer for us, which she told us is her sons favorite, right in front of the entrance to the place so we could take it with us as we left. Overall the stay was definitely worth it and Elenas hospitality made it quite special :)

The apartment is in a house inhabited by a family on a main road. In front of the house is a large green area, so you do not live directly on the street. The bedroom is out the back. The apartment is within walking distance of two large supermarkets, the beach and the city center. The bus stop and the train station are also easily accessible. Dora picked us up at the train station in a wonderful way and also brought us back on the way back. She was very friendly and helpful. We were also able to buy wine from the family's own winery. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! we were 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Meghan and Milos were such thoughtful and communicative hosts and offered lots of information and suggestions throughout our stay. This penthouse offers uninterrupted sea views from the balconies with lovely sunny orientation. A 10 min walk brings you to the centre of Petrovac, which is a true gem of a resort, 20 mins drive south of the vibrant town of Budva. We were so glad we chose Petrovac as a base over the busier towns of Budva or Kotor, though all are easily accessible as day trips. If you come to Petrovac, stay here!

Ahha came to pick us up to drive us to the apartment and then took us in shopping because we were on foot and we didn't know the city at all, at the slightest of our questions Ahha was answering right away that's what we call a superhost. the apartment is well insulated, spacious and faithful to the photos, the view is superb ( mountains and sea ) the bedding was spotless, the bath towels, towel, and blanket in sufficient number, in the kitchen nothing is missing to cook well To get to the city 10mn walk, a great view and many cats made a long way with us for those who love animals To go up between 15 and 20 minutes because it goes up but largely doable and quite pleasant We had a lovely stay Thanks to Ahha for allowing us to have a great stay Corine

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

First of all, I would like to thank Constanze for this wonderful experience. It was helpful in any case. In fact, we couldn't go to the grocery store because it was rainy on the first day, and she shared her food with us, and she brought us their own jackets because we didn't bring a jacket while we were coming. He also provided us with some really great information at the point of us exploring the city. Thanks to Constanze, our holiday experience was much better than we expected, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Finally, the house was exactly the same as in the visuals, and I think it was much nicer than in the visuals, the view was exquisite.

The place is very nice and wonderfully equipped. (BBQ, wine glasses, etc.) Everything you need to have a cozy evening. The nearest houses are a few meters away, so you can also sit outside until late and play cards or talk. ́You also have a view of the mountains from the terrace and you can see the sunrise. There are also nice visitors, in the morning the donkey of the village came to visit and in the evening the neighboring cats cuddled to us. There is a very nice restaurant with very hospitable staff (attention best to have cash with you) within walking distance. But for other activities (except hiking of course) you should plan a car. Anett was always easily accessible and thanks to her tips and directions, we had no problems with arrival or departure. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. Kind regards, P&L

Aneta is simply lovely! She was the most proactive host I’ve ever met and she kept communication very easy and answered in a few minutes every single time. I was allowed to check in hours earlier which was super useful and I appreciated it a lot. Lots of comments mention that there is a bit of a walk to reach the appartment but every healthy child and adult should be able to do it. I’d only not recommend it to people with disabilities or to elderly but otherwise I’d to everyone else! View is lovely on the private terrace and there is a washing machine too. Lots of comments also mention the extra fee for the aircon but I was not charged for that at all. Great experience! Thanks Aneta!:)

We had a very enjoyable stay. Due to delays in air traffic, we arrived 7 hours later than planned, in the middle of the night. Check-in was still straightforward and we were greeted with freshly baked bread and a filled fridge. This made us forget the stress of arrival a little. Sanda was always friendly and helpful and gave us many recommendations on restaurants and destinations in the area. The place is highly recommended to get to know Montenegro.

Nikola’s place is beautiful! The house has so many different spaces to hang out, it is very well equipped, and is well located right next to Shkodër Lake. They also helped us book a private boat tour on the lake, which we really enjoyed. I completely recommend this place and hope to be back :)

The house was extraordinarily beautiful , with a gorgeous view to the sea . The pool and jacuzzi have a very big plus. Everything was superlative ! we had a lovely time all over the place. The pool is great and you can use it until 11 p.m. Our children played a lot there. We also enjoyed the terraces we were allowed to use. There we had a great view. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Great spot away from the main town. Very peaceful with a lovely view from the rooftop. Bar is a great place to pause your journey.

great apartment! spacious, it has everything you might need. we stayed for a month and felt at home. well-equiped kitchen, washer, a drying rack, even an umbrella for a rainy day! A sofa in a living room is very comfortable, the TV is large. Internet connectivity is fast, it was crucial for me as I work remotely. Easy to find a parking spot, a large supermarket nearby. the Beach is 5-10 mins away (depending on what beach you are going to). I hope to be back.

Everything is great. Responsive owner. The sea is a few minutes' walk away. It's great that there is a pool and you can swim at any time

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Karolina and her parents are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question (and there were many) Karolina was ready to answer. Apartment was well furnished and equipped.We felt super welcomed and comfortable, especially that we we’re travelling with 2 year old, and apartament had everything we needed for a baby (travel bed, wash machine). We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in staying close to Bar. Best Regards from Magda, Marcin & Filip!
