Apartment faithful to the description, 10/15 minutes walk to all amenities. A small terrace with a magnificent view of Collioure. We were greeted by Jean Pierre, he explained everything to us and he remained available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything is provided, towels, sheets... There is also a car park, which is important in Collioure! We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

Very nice apartment, well-equipped and located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Although the accommodation is in a lively area, the place is peaceful. Note: no elevator and the accommodation is on the second floor. Not an issue for us, especially since a nice neighbour helped us with the suitcases! I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. I got my questions very quickly and Stephane was very courteous with the arrival time, as there were no guests there before me. Thank you

Accommodation perfectly in line with the description, bright, very clean, comfortable and functional with a very nice terrace and a magnificent view. Centre of Cerbère and coastal path accessible on foot.

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. We had a great stay in Collioure, a beautiful seaside village, very picturesque. The view from the apartment is superb as advertised. We didn't test the pool because the sea was good. We'll be back!

We spent a lovely few days at Anne-Cécile's beautiful flat in Collioure. The view from the balcony was picture-perfect. The flat is well situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Collioure, beaches and restaurants. It is also a great base if you fancy a hike in the hills above Collioure. We didn't want to leave :)

Great villa, everything you need is there. And you can park at the villa. Coullioure is a mega nice place with nice shops and restaurants, always nice fallback after some nice, intensive walks or sightseeing in the area, for example the castle of Collioure. You can walk there in 12 to 15 minutes. Or the mill and castle of St. Elme, walking to Col du Madeloc, in short, enough to do. You can swim in the sea, which is already good in May/June with beautiful spring. Prefer a sandy beach: La Racou. You can also walk along the coast. Also go to the market in Ceret on Saturday morning, by car then :). Even on a rainy day, the Centre Commercial Porte d'Espagne in Perpignan is worth a visit, there is a mega-large Auchan supermarket and there are many other shops in this complex. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

What a beautiful, relaxing place. We felt so comfortable from the start. If you want peace , quiet and comfort then this is the place to come.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

Great ground floor apartment, with large outdoor space. Has everything you need and more. Great location and Banyuls is really lovely. Parking is good. Hope to return.

The accommodation and especially the view from the terrace to the sea is simply beautiful. We enjoyed staying there. The apartment was perfectly equipped for our needs. We were particularly grateful for the e-bikes, so we could take many trips to the beautiful surroundings. We are very grateful for the time in Banyuls, can highly recommend the apartment and would like to come back.

Idyllic sea view (3rd floor), large apartment peaceful location only downside the noise of motorcycles on the road below, but fortunately it is not permanent. Elmes beach 50 m away, perfect. Departure from the coastal trail at 100 m, direction Port Vendre or Collioure then return by train. The city centre is a 15-minute walk away (it whets your appetite and helps you digest :-)).
