Located on the first floor of our dwelling, it has a separate entrance and is in a small quiet and unopposed cul-de-sac, in the heart of the village. Ideally located at the foot of the Pyrenees, between sea and mountain, it is a perfect place for lovers of nature, hiking and outdoor activities.

In the heart of the Catalan country, between sea and mountain, the cottage is close to Perpignan, the Vermeille coast and its sublime beaches, but also to the Spanish border to which we are as close as possible.

Charming small 60 m2 house located in an old 18th century mill, completely renovated with eco-friendly materials. A few kilometers from many hiking trails and mountain bike trails, close to the Museum of Modern Art of Céret, the Abbey of Arles-sur-Tech, Prats-de-Mollo, you will appreciate the place for its bucolic environment and easy access.

Villa Can Fité

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
