Each section of the apartment is themed and styled for function and aesthetics albeit with a slightly playful nature... Downstairs bedroom is Tom Ford-inspired (just in case he would need a place to stay when visiting Cape Town - I remain eternally hopeful...) Kitchen is remnant of Belgium's signature Black & White Contemporary Shaker Style, whilst the open-plan lounge is clearly an ode to Ralph Lauren. Upstairs is Hamptonesque / Cape Cod-ish. Navy & White delight. The Space is filled with Vintage books, good reads, beautiful objet and entertainment essentials. A one minute walk down to the Ocean brings you to the lovely little Saunders's Rock Pool beach for picnics, protected sunbathing and a quick dip in the tidal pool. Regrettably, apartment not suitable for very young children (cute nappy brigade). Kindly note - the Fireplace is to be used with candles for effect only. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise on Ravine Road in Bantry Bay, one of Cape Town’s most wind-free suburbs. Kloof Street and Victoria Road are nearby, and the beach, Sea Point shops, and the bus station are a short walk away. There are wide walking steps right next to the Villa which lead to Victoria Road and then it is a short walk to the Beach, Sea Point Shops and Bus Station. Very high levels of security are enjoyed along Ravine Road.
