Nebo nad Štiavnicou - "white" cottage in the rock

An exceptional feature of the "White" cottage (according to the color of the windows ;-)) on the hill called "Heaven" on the outskirts of Banska Stiavnica (8 min. by car from the center) is its grip on the surrounding nature: the dominant rock and the impenetrable deciduous forest. Dense greenery is absolutely at your fingertips from the terrace. These two elements also dominate the minimalist all-open interior, which resulted from the reconstruction of the original mining house. The rest area is created at the top of the open gallery ;-)

Apartment Birthplace of JA Hoffmanna is located in the historic house which is a national cultural monument. Located right in the centre of Banska Stiavnica and closes the Square of San Triple. Thanks to its unique location, it provides its guests with the opportunity to relax well and reach everywhere on foot. You'll park right in front of the front door. Also part of the building is a memorable room dedicated to the world-famous photographer Diego Hoffman, who was born in this house and we warmly invite you to join us.
