Monthly Rentals in Bannock County

We had a great time at this Place, it met all of our needs and especially for our dog he loved having a fenced in yard to play in and Explore he did not want to leave when we were checking out. It was very quiet and we did not have any issues with only having the side door as an entrance. We were very pleased and the Host always communicated well whenever we needed something or had any questions. Highly recommend this location we will come back in the future to here.

Lovely place to stay! There plenty of room for all the guests so nobody felt cramped, but there was still communal space so we didn't feel so spread out in the house. Amazing location, I would stay here again if ever in town!!

Ashlee’s place is truly a hidden gem. We could have stayed for a month because it was a beautiful, well equipped guest house in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is squeaky clean with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and a kitchen with all the items you need to cook at home. There is outdoor seating as well. We would certainly return!!

This place was great! The host allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Everything was COMPLETELY stocked with most anything you might need. Great view. The back deck was being re done which sucked because our young kids stayed cooped up. My spouse was surprised at how nice it was based on the photograph of the outside. My only hang up was the fact that I'm not sure if the listing made it clear that people live underneath you(I very well could have just missed that detail while booking) but I know that I found out through previous reviews after booking. We had a 2 and 3 year old, so someone under us isn't our ideal situation. I was stressed the whole time about their little feet on the floor causing a problem. Really though, it was a beautiful home and we stayed relaxed,unwound. I was able to cook whatever we wanted with ease. I LOVED the kitchen!!! Thank you guys so much for having us!!
