My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Dom sa nachádza v obci Banka asi 10 min od centra kúpeľov vo veľmi tichej oblasti v blízkosti lesa. Apartmán tvorí PRÍZEMIE RODINNÉHO DOMU, má samostatný vchod, dve spálne, 4 lôžka,(+2 o poschodie vyššie - pozri UBYTOVANIE PRE FIRMY) obývačku, veľkú halu, kompletne vybavenú kuchyňu a zrekonštruovanú kúpeľňu. Rozloha je cca 110 m2. V celom areáli WiFi. Ubytovanie je vhodné aj pre pacientov s liečbou v Adeli Medical Center. Ďaľšia časť domu, taktiež so samostatným vchodom, je užívaná majiteľom.

Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Zabudnite na svoje starosti v tomto pokojnom byte na prvom poschodí s balkónom v blízkosti centra (len 10 min. chôdze, 5min. veľký park a rieka) potraviny, kostol, reštaurácia, autobus za rohom. 2 x WC, satelit. programy, WIFI. Záhrada a vstupná cesta s hlavnou bránou v spoločnom používaní so mnou a mojou manželkou (máme iný súkromný vchod do vedľajšieho objektu). Na dvore je parkovisko a pred bránou je ďalšie miesto pre auto.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

The house is suitable for small children, there is a crib, a high chair, a bathtub, a changing table and a large outdoor trampoline. The house is spacious, AIR-CONDITIONED and fully furnished. It has its own garden and terrace. Parking for 4 cars is free right in front of the house.
