Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Dom sa nachádza v obci Banka asi 10 min od centra kúpeľov vo veľmi tichej oblasti v blízkosti lesa. Apartmán tvorí PRÍZEMIE RODINNÉHO DOMU, má samostatný vchod, dve spálne, 4 lôžka,(+2 o poschodie vyššie - pozri UBYTOVANIE PRE FIRMY) obývačku, veľkú halu, kompletne vybavenú kuchyňu a zrekonštruovanú kúpeľňu. Rozloha je cca 110 m2. V celom areáli WiFi. Ubytovanie je vhodné aj pre pacientov s liečbou v Adeli Medical Center. Ďaľšia časť domu, taktiež so samostatným vchodom, je užívaná majiteľom.

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
