So perfect, who designed this??? Everything was clean and easy. I loved all the hooks and stow away options that let me live out of a suitcase. Brian also gave us the best Acadia and Bar Harbor tips for must sees and hiking and dining. Walking to downtown Bar Harbor, including a grocery store was so helpful. Already told my grown children to stay here when they come to Acadia

Location, location, location! This huge studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from town. Easily walkable to tons of great amenities. My husband and I usually camp in Bass Harbour and drive into town daily but this trip we splurged and it was definitely worth it. We now travel with a toddler and run on his schedule..it was great to be able to just pop him in the stroller or hiking pack and spend a few hours in town, walk back, nap and do it all over again. There are 4 units tucked back behind a beautiful Victoria and you never knew anyone else was there besides the cars. Parking is TIGHT; don't trust your cars technology use your own eyes because there is room to get in and out even if your car is beeping ferociously at you. Full size fridge, gas stove and fully stocked with all the cookware you will need to eat in, but so many great restaurants you might decide not too! Book this place you won't be disappointed-this family of three loved our time there!

Loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Clean, well appointed, walkable to everything, and our tween boys loved utilizing the basketball court and fields in the back of the unit.

We had a great experience staying in Brian's place. Clean and well-appointed, it worked out really well for our group of 4 with easy check-in and parking. Great location at the end of the main street in Bar Harbor which was easily walkable to everything we wanted to do. A nice farmer's market (I assume seasonal) was in the parking lot next door on Sunday morning. I would recommended for anyone looking for a solid base-camp for hiking Acadia or boat trips.

perfect little spot for a downtown place to call home. very easily walkable to everything you'd need. roomy bathroom and a full kitchen were very appreciated, plus parking!

Great location and clean. As noted in the description, the walls are thin, but we had no issues. The internet connection is spotty, in case you are planning to do some remote work, but we weren't, and had a great time.

Stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults. Tim's place was bigger than expected; it never felt like tight quarters. The rooms were spic and span, kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal. Location was great: having been here before I prefer this side of MDI anyways. Plenty of parking and easy access to Island Explorer as well. Great host: will definitely recommend!

The place was great! Super clean and very cute. Right across the street from the small airport, and walkable to a lobster shack and bakery! About a 20 min drive to bar harbor.

We were very happy start to finish. The location was just so unique and incredible. Right on a working marina, but very quiet. Plenty to see and do nearby. Walk across the pier and buy live lobsters. Christie was extremely helpful and quick to respond when asked. Condo was very well done with plenty of touches to make it homey. A good value! If we come back to Maine, we’ll call her first.

We stayed a long weekend over Memorial Day and Rob’s place was the perfect launching spot for us to be able to enjoy the entire Midcoast area without spending too much time in the car. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the beautiful yard was an added bonus. I loved walking next door to Treats, getting a cappuccino and enjoying it on the front porch while the church bells rang. Rob was very responsive and allowed us to check out at a later time, which was very helpful and much appreciated! Thank you! We’ll definitely be back:)

Had a beautiful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. Sal & Soraia’s rental was perfect for our trip. Needed something close to the main part of town - can easily walk to anything you need. Place had what you needed - ample towels, blankets, etc. Was clean and simple, no fuss which allowed you to really enjoy the surroundings of such an ideal Maine harbor town.

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

A great place to stay about 20-30 minutes from bar harbor and Acadia very centrally located. Very responsive and fantastic host I highly recommend him beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. O would definitely stay again.

This is the second time that we stayed at Allen's place, and we have already booked a stay for 2025. The condo is clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a great location to explore the coast, head north one day, and south the next, etc. It is quiet and secure and Allen and Cheryl are quick to answer questions. I can't recommend their place highly enough!!

The location of the condo is perfect if you are looking to stay in Maine to explore Acadia. The condo itself is minimalist but completely adequate. The indoor swimming pool and amenities at the clubhouse are perfect for anyone with kids and/or rainy days! The views were beautiful off the deck. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Ted's place. It has amazing views and the unit is well stocked with all necessities. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for guests who want to spend time in Acadia National Park and also experience all the local eats of Bar Harbor. Easy parking for guests. Great amenities included. There's only one downside: you will definitely hear your upstairs neighbors. Other than that, it's a great stay.

Great unit on the golf. Course with Ocean views out to the islands. Generally peaceful, save for the morning mowing of the golf course. Great place to base to see all of the mid-coast and the Samoset hotel amenities that are available to you are first class

This place was perfect for our family adventures! The kids enjoyed the games, ping pong, and pool at the office- when we weren’t out exploring. Randy was great, and made sure we were taken care of!

This place is absolutely amazing. It was larger than expected. It looked smaller in the pictures. Everything in the apartment was squeaky clean and we had every single thing we needed, from pots and pans to board games. Great ocean view from the porch, the living room and from one of the bedrooms. I loved seeing the boats pass by. So peaceful! I stayed there with my elderly mom, my teenage daughter and her friend for 4 days. There was so much to do! We enjoyed both the outdoor and the indoor pool. The kids took advantage of the Health Club by playing ping pong, badminton and going to the video game room. They also spent several hours playing chess in a very nice room near the lounge area that had a gorgeous ocean view. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the resort and were impressed by the amazing view. Great service. We also enjoyed the long walk to the lighthouse right next to the resort, and loved going to Camden, such a charming little town, 10 minutes away. The hostess, Laurie, was very accommodating, super nice, and communicated with me frequently, making sure I had all the answers I needed. I would definitely go back there! Glad to have made such wonderful memories! We didn't want to leave!
