Monthly Rentals in Bang Khae

We had a great one month stay here. It’s very clean with kept up facilities. Staff are very friendly and management very helpful through text msg Things to consider: - there are kitchen amenities (kettle, small oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker), but no stove - not a whole lot to do for activities or food in the area, but MRT is pretty much just outside the door - smoking is not allowed at all in the building, you have to go to the street or parking lot smoking area - gym is well equipped for its size with dumbbells up to 25kg - smart with with Netflix account provided - felt secure, security guards outside the reception and you need your key to move around in the building (only had one which made it tricky for us, but we never asked for another) - coworking space on top floor - facilities are super clean

Great location, close to lots of street vendors and short walk to train. The staff working at the condo are all extremely helpful. I would definitely come back.

Another great stay. Jang is always super fast to communicate and quick to resolve any issues. Location is perfect, close to Big C and a food market, short ride to major malls. The facilities are perfect, and if you can look past the tired decor of the unit, you'll have an awesome time. Will be back again!!

Great apartment complex outside the touristy areas for a good price. It was clean, comfortable and functional for both short and long term stays. We very much enjoyed the use of the pool, gym and co working spaces. The hosts were very kind and were quick with communication. They allowed us early check in which was much appreciated. If you’re in the market for a stay outside the city center for some rest and relaxation, would highly recommend this place.
