Had a lovely stay at the cabin! Everything was just as described and the scenery was beautiful. I wanted a peaceful writing retreat and it was perfect for that. Would recommend!

Quiet,spotless small home with everything you need. Keurig, pots and pans to cook. Comfortable bed and pillows, wifi, washer and dryer. Great quiet place to crash after a active day of hiking. Only wish we would've had a chance to use the fire pit but we were so tired after being out all day. Ed was quick to respond and it was so peaceful there. We will be back on our next hiking adventure. His place was all you need and for a great price.

This was our second stay at Kathy’s place. The house is super charming and everything was very clean. There is a great backyard with fire pit. This place has everything you need!

Incredible cabin with direct access to the Big South Fork Recreational Area! 5 stars***** The cabin and horse barn are located within a private and quiet gated community. Horse enthusiasts will love the abilty to ride directly off the property and access miles of beautiful trails. The cabin is perfect~ cozy but with plenty of space for relaxing. The host is amazing~ attentive and responsive. The cabin was as advertised and we had NO issues during our stay. We stayed for a month and had a fantastic time exploring the BSF and surrounding towns of Oneida and Jamestown. We are already planning a return trip!
