Our home is located in downtown Bandon, the gateway to West Cork. Just a short 5 minute walk to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants and bars. Bandon is only a 15 min drive to Kinsale, Clonakilty and to Harbour View Beach and Timoleague on the Wild Atlantic Way. Cork City and Airport are only a 25 minute drive away and public transport links are very regular to Cork City and all surrounding towns. There is no better centrally located accommodation than here to explore the county of Cork.

Quirky land boat close to the beach with donkeys!

Nesbitt is a land boat set in its own private garden, overlooked by 3 donkeys. She has electricity, full cooking, toilet and showering facilities on board, albeit all quite compact! Ideally suited for a couple or small family. A peaceful, quite, quirky getaway surrounded by animals, trees & farmland just 10 mins drive from Kinsale and 5 mins from some fantastic beaches. An ideal base for exploring the south of Ireland. Somewhere unusual and unique. Great for little ( & big) imaginations.

Tigh Na Sióg

Tigh Na Sióg (House of Fairies) is a Beautiful Peaceful Self Catering Treehouse/Lodge & Private Hot Tub situated 6km north of Bandon town, West Cork. 'While Lonely Planet may not know the place the fairies do'. Surrounded by green lush fields & the soothing sounds of nature, nestled in the corner of a mature garden surrounded by the native Irish tree hedging the Hawthorn(fairy tree). Located 30 mins from Kinsale Clonakilty and Cork City which allows you to indulge in West Cork at ease.

This area boasts beautiful beaches, forest walks, fishing, birdwatching and the famous Seven Heads Walk. Ballinspittle is a short drive with a unique gift shop, deli and cafe. Rebecca"s farm shop and cafe is a 5 minute walk. Vibrant farmers markets and the many restaurants in this area celebrate the wonderful local produce from land and sea.

Large furnished patio area with outside Hot Tub. Property is very private. Ideal for couples looking for quiet romantic getaway. We have 2 very friendly dogs and a cat.
