This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

The house is impressive, the family was super happy, it was a good surprise. Thank you for everything, we'll be back

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We have nothing to complain about the accommodation. Roxana was super attentive, she helped us with everything we needed. The kitchen is complete, it just doesn't have a large knife, but the table knife was useful, since part of the meals we made in the apartment. The apartment is right on the avenue, if you are sensitive to noise, I suggest a noise muffler like a "sponge", we always have one in the bag, it insulates very well and does not bother you. Markets, pharmacies, restaurants, transportation and public transport are very easy to access. In short, the accommodation is excellent.

The apartment is very clean and situated in a nice area. The neighborhood is very safe. There are two Subte lines (One Quadra, three quadras). The Obelisco and the Congreso are at a walkable distance. There are multiple supermarkets around (COTO and Carrefour). Marifa is super friendly and very responsive. I stayed at her apartment for 6 Months and it was very well-equipped for long stays (It contains everything you need). I had an issue with the hot water, she immediately sent me the maintenance worker and he fixed it. The only downside, especially if you stay for a long time is the sun. The apartment is luminous but the sun will only come in for 20 minutes daily. I highly recommend staying with Marifa and will rebook her apartment once back in BA.

I think Liz is a super nice and helpful person, I have stayed at quite a few locations in Buenos Aires and staying here really felt like home. She went out of the way to come to the place and explain how the washing machine works. I appreciated her help and I hope next time I am in Buenos Aires I get the chance to stay at her place again

I liked the apartment, the comfortable bed and being internal it is not noisy like others in the area. It also has natural light and ventilation. I recommend it!

The place is very nice and comfortable to spend a few days in downtown Buenos Aires. I really liked all the help they gave me because it was the first time I visited the capital of Argentina.

The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

Impeccable space and service

The stay was spectacular. It's the second time I've stayed and I'd always come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. The apartment is as described, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Communication with the hosts was very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%.
