**This is a basement apartment located under our shared family home, which has occupants (host, guest, etc) and pets in the upper level. There is a secured door between the homes levels and an exterior private entrance into the unit. Conveniently located close to BWI airport (10 mins), Baltimore Inner Harbor (20 mins), Annapolis (20 mins) and DC (45 mins). Located about a 1/2 mile from the light rail, bus route, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also available in our area.

Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance.
