The location was perfect and public transport was easy to use. Sue was lovely and very welcoming. Me and my friend had a short trip but we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Fabian’s a good guy who cares about people getting something decent for what they pay for. I was able to make my own food and the area was quiet so I slept well at night, the house was also clean and free of clutter. Thanks a lot!

Annie was friendly and chatty. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea making facilities was available in the bedroom. The Wi fi was very good. The bathroom which was close by, was clean and tidy, and the shower was easy to use. The cost of my stay was very reasonable. The area was residential and quiet and 10-15 minute walk to the seafront. The buses to Brighton are frequent. I would definitely consider staying again, when visiting the area.
