Excellent weekend golf trip with the guys. This place was perfect. It had everything we needed to stay comfortably and cook meals at home. Ann was very helpful with the initial driving instructions which made it easy to find this off the beaten path location. Would definitely stay again.

We had such an amazing stay! The view alone is worth booking, but everything else just made it even better. The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful and secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, but still close to town for anything you might need. Makenzi was absolutely wonderful—great communication, super friendly, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the space AND the people staying in it. Honestly, the only downside was having to pack up and leave. We’re so grateful they shared their slice of heaven with us, and we’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate—book it!

Overall, great stay. My wife and I got away for a few days and was very pleased with the location and space. One thing to note, the listing is a little flexible with their description regarding Wi-Fi. There is basically zero Wi-Fi. We had a weak signal for one evening before the Wi-Fi cut out completely. I would recommend bringing a portable DVD player, as the one in the rental did not work, or downloading Some type of entertainment prior to arrival if you plan to spend any length of time at the rental. Generally, we would be happy to stay again, but there are a few minor details that we hope to be addressed before our next visit.

Patrycja's home was amazing. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities a guest could want! She thought of everything from having fire wood and fire starter wood, to having high-end bathroom items (hand soap, bath soap and shampoo, bathroom spray, Kleenex), to having nice appliances in the kitchen and great decor. We loved be so close to Sylva, Dillsboro, and Cherokee and took advantage of all of those destinations. We have stayed in many Air BnBs and VRBO homes, and this property stood out above the rest. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates as a welcome gift and the lovely Welcome note. Thank you for making our stay outstanding!
