Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, close to the centre of Gaivotas. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, and a double bed in a spare room with a bathroom. Located 400 m from the sea. The house has a covered garage, air conditioning in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There are two houses on the same property, but with private spaces and individual entrances, with this residence being at the back.

Located 400 metres from Praia dos Molhes and 100 metres from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing small meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are close by!

A cozy place, three blocks from the sea, functional and very charming house, planned furniture, in the kitchen and in the suite. A patio with grass, flowers and a delightful swimming pool. There are still some external finishes to be the dream house, but it is certainly already a space with a lot of good energy to enjoy as a family, as it has a lot of affection in every detail.
