Located 400 m from the sea. The house has a covered garage, air conditioning in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There are two houses on the same property, but with private spaces and individual entrances, with this residence being at the back.

There are still some external finishes to be the dream house, but it is certainly already a space with a lot of good energy to enjoy as a family, as it has a lot of affection in every detail.
