Holiday rentals with a patio in Balneário Camboriú

I closed the accommodation in front of the apartment and in less than 10 minutes was already accommodated. We were welcomed, complete. Da to walk to the beach. Bakery and supermarket next door.

Extremely attentive, careful, always mindful of details from initial communication to closure of stay. Sensational apartment, well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and with everything that is needed not only for a timely holiday accommodation, but also to live quietly for months! Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

Great cost-benefit, well organized and calm condominium with good location, you can do almost everything on foot. The concierge staff were also very attentive and very quiet to receive and answer our doubts. I recommend the place.

I loved the stay and recommend it without a second thought. Highlights: quick and efficient communication; perfect location both for access to the beach in front of the building, just cross the street, shopping facilities and several nearby shops, supermarkets, pharmacy within 200 meters. Best pizzeria in town, Pizza Biz, a block and a half away. Anyway, I'll be back for sure.

Leonardo's apartment is highly recommended. The location on Avenida Brasil is excellent, as it is not very close to the pedestrian area and you can enjoy the shops comfortably. It is very close to the beach and has a Carrefour almost next door. The apartment has too many amenities and they work perfectly, all its services are available to guests. Leonardo and Julio were very communicative and helpful. We had a perfect vacation!!! We will definitely return to Camboriú in this apartment... thank you very much.

The whole experience was very good, from the confirmation of the reservation to the end of the stay. The accommodations are beautiful and extremely comfortable, offering everything and even more than we needed for our stay. Caroline has always been very helpful and cordial in all contacts. The house is extremely cleanaaaaa, we arrived at the house around 20 hours all the guidelines that were sent to us by message was in line with what we found, the place is super quiet, there are some markets nearby, the house also has a security system, the two bathrooms and rooms super-equipped, I highly recommend this experience. The place is like in the photos. it has a small suite separate from a full, open kitchen, an edicule actually, with a beautiful barbecue. and it has a beautiful pool. great price-quality ratio.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

I had a great experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, we were well received by Gabriela and her family, who made me feel like I was at home. The hospitality was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house is very cozy, and we really were able to relax and enjoy every moment. The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and very pleasant for walking tours. Without a doubt, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. I am immensely grateful to Gabriela and her family for the hospitality, and I will certainly return when I have the opportunity. Valter's house is exactly like the pictures in the webpage or better. The neiborhood is quite and calm. Its a very good place to have time in a family trip. About Valter is proactive and respectful, we hade to solve some thins and he respond and fix it in a second, always with a very good and friendly mood. We will be back at his house becase we had a memorable time there. Very recommended.

I loved the stay at Carol's place I confess that I was afraid because the location here does not match that of the place, but Carol was super requests and called us and explained the right address and everything went well at the end. Amamos muuuito the place, the house is great, a very rustic, pleasant and cozy environment. I appreciate Carol's care with the local instructions and tips. The shipyard beach is the best in the region, without a doubt. Many thanks for everything and for making our trip amazing.. we will certainly be back!!

Everything is very good, all the amenities, everything you can imagine you need for your comforts you have... very good location (one block from the beach). I would definitely come back...

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
