Apartment more than good... excellent! Wonderful view, all comfortable accommodations, very broad environment, ventilated, fresh, clean. Good location with everything close by (market, pharmacies, bars...). The apartment is more beautiful in person than in the photos, this demonstrates the reality and veracity of the listing. Julian is attentive and very nice, the staff of the building are also super hospitable and helped us a lot. We will return soon to this wonderful ap. Hire without fear! Detail: Do not park trucks in the garage because the space is small and the vehicle is large. Everything else perfect!

Angelita was very friendly and attentive. She provided us with solutions to specific needs to make our stay more comfortable, even though it wasn't her obligation. The area is spectacular, you can do everything walking (downtown and beach). I recommend it and we will surely be back.

Very good location, very comfortable and clean apartment, but there is a lack of air conditioning in the common spaces (living room and dining room). The person who received us did not answer the messages and gave us the apartment an hour late, and the concierge is very unkind.

The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. All very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great differential. Although the swimming pool was small was widely used and was delicious. All air-conditioned surroundings that worked very well. Essential for the heat of BC. The space was impeccable, very well equipped, super safe, with parking spaces to choose from, and exactly as described in the ad. In addition, the location is perfect, making it easy to access the city's top attractions. We had a big problem with the reservation of the hotel that we paid and we went out to look for apartment at the moment, Bianca responded instantly and resolved the check-in immediately. The building is very complete, the pool is spectacular and the views even more, it could only be accessed with a medical certificate and Bianca got us a doctor who by video carried out the review for 50 reales each, which expedited the use. The complex has a garage, meets needs ( café pizzeria laundry and up to a market) The apartment is very nice but very small, we were my husband with my son and we were very tight even to open the luggage, I consider it suitable for two people and with little stay (we were only 3 nights) It is in a very nice area, not contaminated by people , close to very good restaurants and being able to rent skateboards to tour is a goal. The most beautiful beach (Praia brava) is crossing the nose 5 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend it and would go back!!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, just as in the photos. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. Also, communication with the host was quick and friendly. Definitely an amazing experience.
