Very charming house in a high-end condominium, two blocks from the beach. Atami Sul Association. Covered outdoor area with dining table and sofa. Barbecue. Outdoor shower. Lots of natural light inside. Living room with integrated kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms, the first with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, and the second with a fan, a bunk bed and desk. 1 bathroom inside the house and another next to the barbecue. Mosquito nets. Beautiful garden.

Open space between the living room and kitchen, large island with several appliances at your disposal. 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 with a fan and 1 bedroom on the ground floor. Full laundry, pool with shower and outdoor bathroom. Parking for more than 8 cars and we are 2 blocks from the beach.
