Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety And Caters For Up To Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
