Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ballygunge

We rated the apartment five stars based on two factors: (1) the apartment was clean and (2) Mr. Sanjoy was the perfect host- polite, responsive and helpful. For instance, my 87 year old father asked for newspaper delivery and Mr. Sanjoy went out of his way to make sure that we received daily newspapers. Mr. Sanjoy also assisted us in showing how some of the appliances/electronics in the apartment worked. As noted earlier, he was the perfect host. I would respectfully recommend that the garage lock be changed, as it is outdated. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and all the credit goes to Mr. Sanjoy.

My friends and I had a comfortable stay at the property. The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Sonu ji has been responsive throughout our stay and also helped us with early check-in. Do try the food in-house instead of ordering, I would say. It's pretty affordable and has the best quality. The swimming po ol had timing restrictions, but overall it was a great experience.

It’s a lovely house. The neighbourhood is awesome. Montu Dada was so helpful. Cleaner arrived on time each morning to clean everything

We had a great stay here. The place was homely and in a safe, family-friendly area. The owner, Sourav da and the caretaker, Deep da were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. Security was excellent, and we had no issues with transport or food delivery. The place was also well-equipped with basic essential utensils for cooking. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Location is great. Rooms and other facilities meet our expectations. The place is well decorated. We have spent a great time here. Sharang is extremely helpful. overall the rating of the place is very good.

Great location. We'll maintained property despite being a bit old. Stayed with a child and elderly parents. No issues faced. Caretaker was always available and went out of his way to assist us.

We stayed as a group of three friends who were reuniting after college and this was the most perfect day staycation we could imagine, the place was beautiful and the host Manoj uncle was so accommodating that we felt completely at home, this was by far my most beautiful Airbnb experience. I had a great time at Mimo's nest. This is situated conveniently and has a very peaceful environment. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and has all requisite amenities. The hosts are welcoming & helpful and non intrusive at the same time. I had a great experience and would love to stay again in the future.

We were lucky to find out this gem in Kolkata and stayed here for three nights. A clean spacious & peaceful place at a pocket friendly price ! The hosts ( Soma Mam & her husband ) are welcoming in nature, kind & courteous. The numerous decorative pieces give the place a unique vibe. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Kolkata !

Stayed at Nandini’s place for a week with my pet … very peaceful & nice place … caretaker came every morning to check … nice & cosy place with a little garden for pets to move around. I was looking for a bigger property that would fulfil my needs for my guests to stay who had come from out of station, and I wanted to organise a small get together as well in the property. This property came to my rescue at the right time. Firstly, I was able to book this property at 4 in the morning, IST since the hosts were extremely responsive. Secondly, my guests and I were taken care of with ease and no hassles. The hosts were very cooperative and proactive to help me in any way, whatsoever. I would always recommend this property to anyone, who’s visiting Kolkata and has a need to stay in a peaceful locality away from the urban frivolities and hustle. The place is located in the heart of South Kolkata, and can be easily navigated from any corners of Kolkata.

Arun ji, our Host, a generous and true gentleman, always helped us from the time of our check in to check out. The location of the property is perfect and very near to park street. Just outside of the house, there are lots of restaurants. Finally, it's awesome.

Pankaj's place is a steal, to offer a full house in Park Street at such easy pricing with all amenities and many popular restaurants at walking distance is like hitting a jackpot, also he is always available at a call; the location seems to be at the centre of everything we needed to go; we had one of our best idyllic vacations, he is a generous host with complimentary juices, toiletries and a full kitchen; this will be a permanent fixture for our kolkata stays
