Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ballston Spa

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

Very comfortable home. Family of 5 fit great and we were nice and relaxed hanging out in the home. Colleen was very responsive and helpful!

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

We had a very relaxing stay & great experience thanks to the hosts!! They communicated with us ahead of time to make sure we had a clear itinerary. Easy check in, all amenities we could have asked for and more, clean place & clear instructions for check out. The place was very cozy, modernized with a rustic feel to it. Helpful with local place to dine in/out. We had zero issues with stay and felt very comfortable. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s place. We were traveling to town last minute for a funeral and he was very accommodating for us. His home was perfect for spending some much needed family time together!

We are a family of four with 5 and 7 yr old kids. Debbie’s home worked great for us. The house is extremely well stocked—more than enough blankets, towels, toiletries, kitchenwares, spices, condiments in the refrigerator—many of which are often missing in Airbnb rentals these days—just makes for an easier time for those who don’t want to have to plan to bring every little thing with you. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to any nature-oriented activity you might be interested in. Also close to groceries/farm markets, restaurants when needed. Thank you Debbie!

Host is very responsive and he accurately put out just the information that we needed during our entire stay. The place was very cozy, well equipped and quite clean and worth the amount what we paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in the NY mountain woods and love the rustic brewery experience, this is an awesome place to stay! We enjoyed driving the mountain roads by day, exploring neighboring towns (especially getting a mineral spring spa bath and filling a few gallon jugs at the Saratoga Spa State Park with the State Seal mineral water). By night we enjoyed the various beer offerings of Jon the Beer Diviner in the brewery, especially liked the Stout and the Scotch Ale (Glen was right : ) Saturday night we loved the live music and delicious pizza too. Great fire pits on the deck which we enjoyed mostly on our last night all by ourselves after everyone left. Peaceful, eclectic place and exceptionally nice folks, Cindy and Jon! Got some great ideas from the local patrons, Cohoes Falls for one! And even though the weekend was rainy and it snowed as we were leaving, we thoroughly enjoyed this off the beaten path gem in the woods and you will too! We will def be back <3

The Yellow Door Inn is a magical and whimsical home as soon as you open the door. You are greeted with such care and love for the place and all the beautiful plants. There’s even a poster of history and information of the home and the town! Everything was so welcoming and just as the pictures! The giant kitchen was so organized with everything labeled! It made life a lot easier. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. There wasn’t a room in this home that wasn’t thought of in care and attention and cleanliness. There are ladybugs, note, as it is an old home.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Juliann's place is absolutely adorable and the apartment is just the right size for two. Everything was very clean and instructions were clear. She gave a ton of recommendations for local businesses, and we found the nearby downtown very walkable in good weather. Over all a great experience!

We had a good stay for one night on the way to a sky resort. The location was good for us. The house is spacious. The communication was good.

Beautiful place! It was very comfortable and we loved the extra amenities for us and for the dogs. The grounds are beautiful and everything was very clean. Only very minor issue was it was a bit tough to find…just that the driveway comes up fast. But we would absolutely stay here again….highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was clean, charming and welcoming, and check-in was clear and easy. We loved the serene location and beautiful view of the lake. The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and stay comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again!

What an adorable and bucolic spot for a retreat from the city! The interior feeling surprisingly spacious inside even though it’s a “tiny home,” of sorts. In addition to a comfy bed there’s a large comfortable sofa to stretch out on and the kitchen island has a flap that folds out so that the two of us were able to eat at a “table.” Really it had everything we needed. Special shout out to the large rocking chair porch and back deck that looks out over rolling hills. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful time at Erica’s place! We enjoyed the firepit and outdoor grill, while our dog enjoyed relaxing on the porch and running around the front area. It was very close to the river which you could hear anytime you were outside, adding to the atmosphere. Both in and outside the house, it seemed she had thought of anything we could possibly need! It was a beautiful cabin, fairly private and quiet, and just what everyone wants for a get-away trip. This was my first time booking with Airbnb, and she made our trip easy from the initial communication prior to booking until the final day when she offered us an additional day due to inclement weather during our stay. I would certainly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxed trip near water!

Had an amazing time at this adorable cabin! We happened to be visiting during a winter storm which made the cabin even more charming. Jackie was wonderful and offered for us to change the reservation due to the storm but we decided to go ahead as planned and had a great time. The place was so clean, cozy and the views were amazing! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Our stay was fantastic! The location is great with lots of land to explore. The house was rustic but had everything we needed. Note that there is no TV - this was actually a plus for us as it encouraged us to spend more time on other activities. The hot tub was clean and had a great view. Overall, it was a tranquil experience in a great location. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend away.
