Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The washing machine is in the basement. Our apartment 4 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the building's historical character as possible. The apartment is in the half-timbered style and is characterized by its original wooden beams and a spacious open roof beam.
