Unsere geliebte Wohnung ist jetzt Dein Zuhause. Wir haben 15 wundervolle Jahre verbracht. Mit viel Liebe ist diese große Wohnung mit 120m², Sauna, Gartenhaus, Naturschwimmteich und großem Garten gebaut worden. 15.000 m2 Wiesen umgeben in ruhiger und sonniger Alleinlage dieses ehemals landwirtschaftliche Anwesen. Nette Nachbarn kümmern sich liebevoll um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Hier kann man Wandern, sich Sonnen, Radfahren, Thermalbäder besuchen, Wein und Leute kennenlernen.

Our house with great views is located in the Winzerdörfchen Betberg. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed offers 2 more sleeping places. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bath with walk-in shower, and a guest toilet. The washing machine is in the basement. Parking is at the house, in the carport there is space for bicycles. There is a grill and fire bowl. Excursions include: Black Forest, Basel, Colmar, Europapark Rust

The apartment is in the old center of the wine town of Laufen (Baden wine road) and has been lovingly restored with old furniture and beautiful details. Kitchen-living room with high-quality sofa bed and sound system, bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, all rooms including separate ambiance lighting, living space approx. 60m2, romantic farm garden (about 90m2) with seating and barbecue (charcoal)

Historic Mill of Cramm, Barn-Apt.4

Our apartment 4 is located on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios we have built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historic character of the building as possible. The apartment is decorated in half-timbered style and is characterized by its original wooden beams and a spacious open roof beam.

The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.
