You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

The Chabossière Montbizot

It is at the end of a small path lined with roses, millepertuis and sillicaire that the Chabossière awaits you from its 200th birthday. Everywhere the trémière rose is at the party. Beautiful and noble materials honor the house. The living room is cozy and comfortable, both bedrooms invite you to calm and rest. Any renovation has been done to satisfy your comfort. La Chabossière, a decidedly French cottage, is looking forward to welcoming you to its country greenery.

The Annex of Plessis Bochard

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub. Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.

You want to rest in the fresh air far from the noise: our farmhouse, restored by us, meets your expectations. It is the starting point for hiking trails. We are located 20 minutes from the 24h circuit and the entrance to Le Mans. In 15 minutes you reach the European Horse Pole. 30 minutes away you are in the Alpes Mancelles and Perche. Your closest neighbors will be our animals: chickens, sheep and Galipette our donkey. Shops 10 minutes by car.

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. At the foot of the Bellême state forest, this pretty Percheron house is full of charm. Its garden invites you to relax for a real moment of nature break.

L'Atypique is a small charming house, recently renovated with love. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.
