Holiday rentals with lake access in Ballan-Miré

Very functional accommodation, impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Our hosts have thought of everything to welcome us, soap, towels in quantity, bathroom mats, dish soap, coffee pods, sweet, etc... We highly recommend this listing and thank our hosts again for the quality of their hospitality.

Karen's place is great! Very convenient location, Tours is easily accessible by foot and free parking is nearby. On the cleanliness side, nothing to say: it was like new, a real pleasure! The accommodation is very well equipped and we had a pleasant stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed:)

Fantastic property in a lovely, peaceful and relaxing location. The property was spacious, nicely renovated, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and it was nice to relax in the garden. Kevin and Agnes were extremely lovely, friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more from them, they were perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay.

There were seven of us and we are all delighted with the stay at this place. The hospitality of our hosts was amazing, and I can't find the words to describe it. The welcome was warm and our exchanges were very pleasant. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, everything was impeccable, with a special mention for the sweetness of the sheets and for the spa which was life-saving after our bike ride! I highly recommend staying here, both for the accommodation and for hosting.

Our stay in Langeais was an absolute delight. This lovely abode was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families, clean and perfectly located for exploring the enchanting châteaux of the Loire Valley. Honestly, the photos on the website don’t do it justice – it’s even more charming in person! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. However, future guests might want to note a little quirk: the kitchen cookware could use an upgrade. So, if you’re planning on channeling your inner French chef, you might want to bring some of your own gear. Otherwise, it's perfect for quick meals and snacks. All in all, our stay was wonderful and full of fond memories. We’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the beautiful Loire Valley!

A home close to transportation to the city center. A peaceful place without noise, the terrace is very nice. It's easy to park there and it's secure.

Geraldine was extremely welcoming and generous. We didn't know Tours and stopped a little by chance and regret not having spent more time there. Géraldine's place is perfect for two people. Tastefully decorated, friendly, extremely clean and the host is attentive to detail and ensures that you have a good stay in the city. For those who run, it's a dream place. The accommodation is extremely secure in a quiet environment.

We had a great week-long stay at this listing. Special mentions for the welcome which was warm, the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation but also the calm of the residence which is really conducive to relaxation. We couldn't try the pool because it wasn't open but we'll be sure to book again to enjoy it! You can go there without a second thought. Thanks again to Dominique for allowing us to make this stay a pleasant one.

Really enjoyed our stay, ideal place for a family with kids, they have the second floor for themselves, good location to visit Tours, Beauval and the Castles but tricky to find a place to park

Friendly and friendly hosts, who change from the key box and owners who tell you they'll come see you, but who never do. The accommodation is on the floor of an old farmhouse where the owner also lives, and in another part there is the famous organic bakery that gives you the best breakfast.

Very nice apartment, located close to a lake and along the Loire, tram station just in front and parking available. It's in the middle of the city, but we had no issues at all. Laurette is very nice and offers plenty of activities/ restaurants around Tours!

Very nice place, quiet, close to the castle, the cathedral and Rue Colbert with its restaurants and bars. Responsive and flexible host. Our short stay was very nice. Just be mindful of two things: -If you are old or diminished there are two floors to climb into a small spiral staircase, not obvious with luggage. -It is possible to park for free in the neighborhood but it can take luck and time!

apart from the fact that we had sun during our entire holiday week this cottage is really very pleasant, comfortable and exotic with all these animals. Isabelle and Véronique are very discreet but always available. Go there without so much as a second thought. It's a little piece of paradise in the middle of nature.

We spent a very relaxing week, exploring the Loire Valley during the day, taking a swim in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue in the evening. It was a very good place for us to slow down… You will have a regular and enjoyable visitor though - Sandra’s friendly black cat likes to come over.

Charming house, fully equipped, with a beautiful pool. We spent a few days there with friends, and it was great. We loved the blend of the antique charm in this old house with modern comforts (AC, great bedding, pool, barbecue). Paul and Irina were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of helpful notes in the house, making it easy to feel comfortable quickly!
