Our 1+1 guest house is located in the center of Urla pier. The house is completely at the disposal of the guest. The house is heated with air conditioning. It is a two-minute walk to the minibus and bus stop that goes both to Urla and to the center of Izmir. You can walk to the most popular place in Urla, the fishermen's pier, in 5 minutes. There is a fireplace type stove, radiator heater and air conditioner in the winter months. The site has its own beach, and the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar) are 5-10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed
