Holiday rentals with breakfast in Balian Beach

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

Checked the reviews on Airbnb for this vill and booked it. Absolute gem of a place. Spent 4 days there with wife and 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good clean rooms and comfy beds, out of this world bathrooms and shower area, beautiful pool and garden area and well maintained and functioning kitchen. Nyoman and Ketut are amazingly caring hosts - responsive and always ready to help. They served lovely breakfast too everyday. Totally worth staying in this beautiful oasis

Nyoman has been a fantastic Host, he and his family were willing to help at anytime even with the luggage! The lady who brings the breakfast was always very friendly and helpful smiling all time. The surrounding area is really very good with everything you need just a few meters like money change, renting a bike or even a Laundry shop! I recommend to rent a bike from the Nyoman’s brother who is just next door and discover Ubud and surrounding area. I have really no negative points at all. Everything was perfect and exactly like the photos! Definitely gonna book it again or recommend it to other friends.

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

Wayan is an incredible host. He will make sure you’re safe, give great recommendations, and is willing to accommodate however he can. He’s helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at his place.

The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

This Airbnb was the highlight of our Bali trip. From arrival, the staff—Manik, Panji, and Kadek Angga—offered warm, attentive service that never stopped. Each morning began with an incredible homemade breakfast and freshly pressed juice, and dinners (by request) felt like having a private chef—delicious, beautifully presented, and cleaned up after. We joked about needing a massage upon arrival, and within an hour, an incredible masseuse arrived for a private massage. The house was spotless, the bed made daily, the A/C was the best we had in Bali, and the tropical garden (with singing frogs!) felt magical. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience: peaceful, indulgent, and unforgettable. If this place is available, book it immediately. You won’t regret it! P.S. We named the neighborhood puppy, Rosara (black lab mix with gray/white tuft of hair on her neck/back) and are worried she might have worms. I would love updates when possible! Your place was extremely good and your hospitality even more better. I’ll definitely be coming back to Bali just to experience ubud and Balinese architecture and village life.

Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay, Made was beyond helpful and responsive. He is a wonderful host, he was responsive helped with all our questions and gave us rides everywhere we needed. He was very patient with us too because we didn’t know what we wanted to do. the villa is very private and clean. They gave us all the amenities we needed. The only thing is that there wasn’t many restaurants around and it’s not too close to the main town. It’s a 15 minute drive but besides that I highly recommend staying here. Made is a wonderful person and he made our stay special.

I felt very comfortable at this apartment in Kuta. The location is central and perfect for exploring Kuta and the surroundings. The facilities are simple but more than sufficient – and everything is very clean. What really made the difference was the **wonderful staff** – so friendly and helpful. I truly feel at home here and can definitely recommend this place!

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! The host was very welcoming, always smiling and responded very quickly to messages. The accommodation and the outside completely met our expectations. Breakfast was excellent and we had a kitchenette and drinking water directly in the room which is a real plus. The location was great, close to very good restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This is a must stay in Bali! It was one of our highlights for our trip as the place was absolutely stunning and the hosts were AMAZING. Ardana and his wife went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. The place was spotless clean. If I were to come back, this is without question the place I am staying in!

This was an even better stay than I imagined it would be. Staff was SO attentive and helpful. House is absolutely beautiful.

The tree house was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifly decorated. The pet farm is a wonderful touch, specially with the kids. Feeding the goats, the chickens and the guinea pigs, so cute. Breakfast was really good, with a great variety of fruits, pancakes, eggs and of course delicious Balinese coffee. The pool is not too deep which makes it easier with kids or when you just want to relax. The best was really the staff, always nice and welcomy, and always making time to pay attention to that kids and answer all their questions.

Great place, just down the road from the downtown area. Beds are made every day. Great place!

Me and my family stayed at Putus place for 2 weeks. It was amazing, place itself is exactly like photos-green plants and calm and private/relaxing stay. Nearby street market is about 10 mins walk. with scooter city, resturants and spas are about 15 mins ride or in car. Putu and her family were so understanding and so helpful. Putu made sure I'm comfortable in the villa and cleaned the area whenever we requested. overall I highly recommend to those who is looking for calm and relaxing experience

We stayed two weeks in this absolutely stunning villa. Immediately when we arrived we knew that our stay is going to be peaceful. Endless views of the rice fields and unforgettable sunsets. We had the whole villa for ourselves so it was spacious. The location of this villa is further from the main (busy) street so you get the absolute privacy and plenty of silence and peace. The staff were sweet and helpful in all aspects. The room was a little bit smaller but manageable for people who are planning on discovering the Ubud area and what it has to offer. Overall a really amazing place to stay in Ubud, lived up to the expectations we had about living in the middle of rice fields.

Amazing villa, just as described. Staff were friendly and helpful, incredibly sweet and kind, made great breakfast everyday and kept the villa spotless. Driver was super efficient and available for our planned outings at a reasonable rate.
