Villa Vallese Bale

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Kamena kuca smjestena je svega 3 kilometara od mjesta Svetvincenat.Gostima pruza vlastitih 2000m2,unutarnju i ljetnju kuhinju,kamin, masaznu kadu u prednjem djelu dvorista sa zastitom od sunca, infracrvenu saunu te lezaljke i sjedece garniture za odmor.U ponudi su takodjer i 2 bickle.Kuca je opremljena suvremenim kucanskim aparatima( Kitchenaid, De longhi aparat za kavu sa kapsulama,americki hladnjak..).Blizina marketa je na svega 100metara.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
