Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balçova

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden at the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

I don't know where to start, which one to tell, but I can briefly say that it was a great experience for my family and me. Nily was an extremely caring, perfect host who responded very quickly to all your questions :) I can't describe the house in words. It's as if we've gone back in time, but new things we love today have come with us on this journey. A magnificent blend of yesterday and today. Everything you need is abundantly available in and around the house. Especially that backyard will really take all your tiredness, you can be sure of that :) In addition, the house is close to many places and we had no problems at the transportation point. In summary, if you want to have such a beautiful experience that you don't even want to go back to your own home, you shouldn't think about it. Hope to see you again soon :)

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

I have stayed several times in Zeki's accommodation and I have always felt good. Any small problem that occurred was easily solved thanks to the kindness and prompt response of this host. The only downside, let's say, is the considerable slope of the road to reach the house, if you don't want to take a taxi, with luggage it can be very tiring. You must therefore balance, according to the available budget, whether to use a taxi or not. Otherwise, highly recommended

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.
